166. Truskawkowe tiramisu (Strawberry tiramisu)


Ingredients: 500 g chilled mascarpone cheese, 400 ml condensed milk, 3 teaspoons vanilia extract, 1 large packet sponge finger biscuits, 3/4 kg strawberries, lemon juice (1 lemon), 2 tablespoons sugar, fruit vodka

Halve or quarter the strawberries, add sugar and lemon juice and put them away for 1/2 hour. Place chilled mascarpone cheese and 3 tablespoons vanilia wxtract in large bowl, mix together. Little by little add condensed milk. Dip each biscuit in the vodka just long enough to coat it and arrange a layer of vodka-soaked biscuits in the springform pan. Cover with a layer of half of strawberries, then half of mascarpone cream. Repeat. Decorate with strawberries. Leave in the fridge for 8-10 hours for the flavours to meld. Decorate with biscuits.

A że sezon na truskawki w pełni, to chyba sam spróbuję :)
