190. Scones
Ingredients: 400 g all-purpose flour, 60 g whole wheat flour, 1,5 teaspoon baking powder, 1,5 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda, 1/2 teaspoon ground cinamonn, 20 g butter, 60 ml honey, 250 ml milk
Preheat oven to 200 degrees. In a large bowl, combine the flours, baking powder, soda and cinnamon; mix well. Cut the butter into the flour mixture until it resembles small peas. Add the milk, and the honey to the flour mixture and combine lightly until a loose ball is formed. A light hand makes for a light scone. Roll out dough to 2 cm thickness. Cut out biscuits with a lightly floured round cookie cutter. Place on prepared baking sheet and bake for about 15 - 20 minutes or until the tops are golden brown. Remove from oven and place on a wire rack.

A gdyby tak uzyc make razowa?
uwielbiamy scones! pieke je coraz rzadziej, a moj ulubiony przepis pochodzi z ksiazeczki "women's weekly: muffins, scones and breads". koniecznie musisz sprobowac tej wersji! pozdrawiam sredecznie pourlopowo :-)
