Ingredients: 275 h water, 4 tablespoons honey, 500 g flour, 1,5 teaspoon instant yeast, 2 tablespoons powdered milk, 2 tablespoons butter, 2-3 tablespoons poppy seed, 1 teaspoon salt, 1 egg_1 tablespoon milk
In a large bowl, stir together the flour and the butter. Add powdered milk, salt, poppy seed, pour milk and water and stir until you have a soft dough. Let rise for 1 hour. Divide into 10 pieces, and form into long buns. Place on baking sheets. Let rise for 30 minutes. Preheat the oven to 200
oC. Bake the rolls for 15 minutes in the preheated oven. Cool slightly.
