168. Clafoutis z wiśniami (Cherry clafoutis)
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon butter, 450 g stoned cherries, 100 g sugar, 2 large eggs, 1 yolk, 100 g flour, pint of salt, 175 ml milk, 4 tablespoons heavy cream, 1 teaspoon vanilia extract
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Grease an ovenproof dish. In a mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and sugar. Stir in the flour and salt. Whisk in the milk, heavy cream and vanilia extract. Place the cherries in the ovenproof dish. Pour the batter over the cherries and place in the oven. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes or until the cake is sponge like. Remove from the oven and cool for 5 minutes before serving. Serve the clafoutis warm. Garnish with powdered sugar.

Moje ulubione ciasto na lato ! Bardzo popularne we Francji. Moja mama zawsze zrobila z kwasznemi wisniami i z pestkami, mowila ze to daje smak !
