155. Ciasto z truskawkami (Strawberry cake)

Ingredients: 4 eggs, 1 cup sugar, 1,5 cup all-purpose flour, 1,5 teaspoon baking powder, 3 tablespoons oil, 2 tablespoons water, 1 tablespoon vinegar, 1 cup strawberries

Whisk eggs with sugar, add other ingredients (first liquid, then flour with baking powder), mix together. Poor into prepared springform pan. Randomly place strawberries on the top of the cake. Bake in preheated to 190 ^o C oven for approximately 40 minutes. Cool completely. You can dust the top with confectioners' sugar before cutting it. Bon appetit!
