Ingredients: 1 kg potatoes, potato flour, 1 egg, bread crumbs, butter, strawberries
Boil potatoes, while cool, mash them. Add egg and flour (in proportion to potatoes 1:3), mix carefully. Form small balls, flatten each of them. In the middle put the strawberry, stick well. Boil about 3 litre water, salt it. Throw dumplings one by one - water can't stop boiling. Dumplings should appear on the surface of the boiling water - boil them for 5 minutes then.Take them out of the pot carefully with a wooden spoon.Serve hot with bread crumbs, butter and sugar. Chyba zwariuję, takich knedli mi trzeba! Kocham jeść knedle z truskawkami i śliwkami tyle, że jak do tej pory nie odważyłem się na ich samodzielne ulepienie.
